Shipping & Delivery

How Orders Move

Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once the parcel leaves the facility.

Free shipping threshold. Domestic orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below that threshold are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping promotions, when active, apply to the destinations and order values specified in the promotion.

Delivery windows. Domestic orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. International delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing; a typical window is 7–21 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and weather events are outside operational control.

Split shipments. Orders containing both in-stock items and preorder items will ship in multiple shipments. The in-stock portion is dispatched first; the preorder portion follows when the inventory arrives. Tracking information is sent for each shipment as it leaves the facility. The free shipping threshold applies to the total order value, not to individual shipments.

Tracking. A tracking number is sent to the email address on the order. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support and the carrier will be contacted on your behalf.

International orders. International shipping is available to select destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees set by the destination country. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included at checkout. If a parcel is refused because of customs charges, the carrier may destroy or return it, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Incorrect addresses and refused parcels. Double-check the shipping address before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, an unclaimed delivery, or a refusal unrelated to damage or an error on this side, support will contact you about reshipping. Additional charges apply. If reshipping is declined, the order can be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact support within 7 days with photos. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but it did not arrive, contact the carrier first to file a claim; support will assist where possible. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
